Reservation Confirmations: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation is made. Your deposit can be easily and securley made by using the Bookings and Confirmations link which takes you to a PayPal page where you can use your credit card. A PayPal account is not needed. Some owners do not absorb the processing fee of 3-4%. Please check with us first. Alternatively you can send a check to our US bank - if you prefer this option we will give you bank details. Once your payment is received we will send you a "Reservation Number" to confirm your accommodation is booked. Balance of your rental payment no later than 24 hours after arrival in cash and in local currency.
