Newly renovated two story, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom house - bright and
spacious with rustic Mexican furnishings. Our casa is situated
steps down from the Panaramica Road which circles the city of
Guanajuato and minutes
from the center of town and the university.
The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, pantry
and bathroom. There are laundry facilities and
wireless internet access. There is a patio with a lovely
view of the city - ideal for sun-downers or morning coffee.
The
second floor has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and
small balcony, a second with a double bed and on-suite bathroom, and a third
with a queen-sized bed. All mattress are new and of superior quality.
There is also a common balcony and bathroom on this floor.
Our weekly rate is $300 for
one bedroom, $350 for two bedrooms or $375 for all three bedrooms.
Monthly rate $800. Rates for longer stays negotiable.
