Bellavista
"Bellavista" is a charming country house on 3 acres of
private wooded hillside overlooking the Santa Rosa valley. Amenities include two
bedrooms, two baths, two fireplaces, a large terrace, and grand views. The main
bedroom on the upper level has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom downstairs
is furnished with two single beds. The third bedroom is set-up as an
office/studio.
Conveniently located in the village of Santa Rosa de Lima, shopping is only a
three minute walk away, where you will find two restaurants and numerous grocery
shops, as well as a small pharmacy, a butcher shop, clothing stores, a firewood
dealer, and a large pottery showroom. The village also has an Internet
cafe.
A twenty minute drive (or bus ride) brings you to the colonial city of
Guanajuato, the state capital, with its many cultural and shopping resources.
Bellavista is fully furnished and equipped.
Monthly rates are:
1 or 2 persons -- $1200. (USD) plus electric
(first 75 kwh
are included in rental rate; typical, normal usage does not incur any additional
charge)
3 or 4 persons -- $1500 (USD) plus electric
(first 100 kwh are included in rental rate; typical, normal usage does not incur
any additional charge)
Weekly rates are:
1 or 2 persons -- $500 (USD) plus electric
(first 20 kwh are included in rental rate; typical, normal usage does not incur
any additional charge)
3 or 4 persons -- $750 (USD) plus electric
(first 30 kwh are included in rental rate; typical, normal usage does not incur
any additional charge)
Other time periods may be arranged on request.
Renters' additional, occasional guests (1 or 2 persons) are welcome at $15 (USD)
per night total.
All rentals include once-a-week gardening service. Maid service is not provided
but may be obtained locally at very reasonable rates.
